About Jim

Jim has over 28 years of experience in the financial service sector, working for Citibank in various

international senior leadership roles.  Working in Mexico, Puerto Rico, Switzerland, Spain and the UK, as well

as various locations in the US, Jim has held roles as the Latin America Tax Counsel, Latin America Consumer

Compliance Head, Caribbean Credit Cards Director, Deputy CFO for the Private Bank, Western Europe Credit

Cards Director and EMEA Credit Cards Managing Director. 

Jim has a MA in Sociology from Stony Brook University, an MS in Accounting from Long Island University, a

JD/Law from St. Johns University, and an LLM in Tax Law from New York University.

Jim is currently helping Argus Information and Analytics expand it's international footprint, with a focus on the Asian, European and Latin America markets.

Jim is married and has three grown children.
